Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) are entitled to disclosures beyond those in our Privacy Policy. This notice provides them.
Personal Information Categories
We may handle identifiers (IP, cookie and device IDs), internet and network activity information (which pages of pottydays.com were requested, and when), and commercial contact data such as an email address where you chose to give one. It originates from your browser and from any analytics or ad partner operating on the site.
Sharing Practices
We take no payment for personal information. Where ads are served, however, advertising and cookie identifiers may be shared with partners, and state law defines ‘sale’ and ‘share’ widely enough to include that. The opt-out is at Do Not Sell or Share My Information. We do not knowingly sell or share information about anyone under 16.
Your Control
The rights are: access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising, plus in some states a right of appeal where a request is refused. Nobody is penalised for using them; you will not be charged differently or given a lesser version of the site.
How to Submit a Request
Write to [email protected] describing your request. Opt-outs can also be exercised without writing at all, by enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser — we act on that signal automatically. Requests are verified via the email address used, handled within statutory deadlines, and may be submitted by an authorised agent holding your written permission.
